Early Bird Registration by 7/30/24 (Space is limited, pick one):
$75 per 10x10 booth
$125 per 10x20 booth
After August 1st, Booth fees increase by $20.
$95 per 10x10 booth
$145 per 10x20 booth
Payment donations must be received to lock in your booth.
Payment: We accept donations by credit card or PayPal. You may pay online or mail a check payable to: Pepperell 4th of July Committee. C/O Fall Fest, PO Box 533, Pepperell, MA 01463
Rain Date: Sun 9/22/24 depending on the forecast. We cannot shift weekends because of competing events. OR we will try to shift indoors on 9/21 at an indoor venue as back up.
Cancellation: If you register and have to cancel, we encourage vendors to transfer to next year. Refunds are not encouraged, due to our FY alignment, and the timing creates a challenge.
If P4JC has to cancel the event, due to bad weather, we will work with our vendors to transfer or refund, by request.
